This cell phone tower stands high above the treetops out in the country where we live. We can't see it from our house (or we'd probably have a cell phone signal) but I do pass it on my way home every day. Today it just seemed to really stand out against the thunderheads behind it.

Cell towers are now part of our urban landscape. Amazing how much brain power, technology and money we devote to making sure my teens can text their friends!
