These were taken of my son Mathew at age 10 at a pond just across the field from our house.
He loves to tell the story behind these photos of the fireants around the pond and how his mama kept saying, "Just one more shot, Mathew. Please? You're doing great!"
He started out lying on his back...
And quickly sat up...
And then realized that the ants couldn't get him while in the water...
But he loves these photos too. Almost as much as he loves telling the story behind them.
Thanks for being a trooper Mathew. I'll treasure these forever!

Despite the fireants that first photo is wonderful. I also just love the last one!
I love these photo's! They look so authentic, expecially with the old jeans and the bucket. I am so glad that I found these as I am always looking for new ideas to do with my own children. They are 9, 6, and 4 months. I really love the last photo. the sky looks amazing! Please let me know if you have any other photos that you may have to see. I love to get new idaes to use with my own family. I found this site through Lethas facebook. I am in the homeschool group with her. Thanks, Heather
