My mom called me last night from Kerrville, Texas to tell me to go outside and take a picture of the moon. So I grabbed my camera and headed outside to find this. The moon was just a sliver and there was as super bright star right next to it....
On Valentine's Day, we went to the Tokyo Steakhouse in SanAntonio with friends for a fabulous Valentine's Dinner together. I really liked these cube-shaped lanterns that hung high above us.
My dogs absolutely NEVER cooperate for pictures. They seem to be afraid of the camera... they don't understand it. But in their shyness the other day, they huddled together as if to say "Together, that camera-thing-a-ma-jiggy can't hurt us!"
Meet Cooper and Chloe.
Cooper is our Golden Retriever and Chloe is a German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. We adopted both of them from the Humane Society when they were just pups.
While out driving on my lunchbreak, I found this beautiful field of REALLY tall trees, and the way the sun shone through the treetops made me stop.
Well, when I got back home and started going through the pictures, I found this frame with the weird light in the bottom half of the picture. I'm sure it's just a glare off the lens or something, but I still found it interesting. I like the little rainbow umbrella that seems to float atop the light.
And here is that portion up close. I did not alter the picture in any way. You can click on it to see it full-sized.
I know: "just a glare" but a pretty one none-the-less!
